Ein Aufenthalt wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben: perfekt!
Die Villa ist am Ende einer Sackgasse und daher vollkommen ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Der Pool ist groß genug, das Whirlpool wurde gerne nach der Erfrischung im Pool genutzt. Die Sommerküche mit Griller und Gaskochfeld wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Wir waren 10 Personen inkl. der Kleinkinder und hatten allesamt ausreichlich Platz für eine gemütliche Woche zusammen.
Das erste untere Zimmer hat das Badezimmer leider außerhalb, man muss daher durch das Wohnzimmer in das Badezimmer/WC gehen. Die Gartenpflege könnte für mein Bedürfnis etwas konsequenter sein, speziell die Sträucher beim Pool sollten geschnitten werden.

Super schönes Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber - jederzeit empfehlenswert
Das Haus liegt 10 Autominuten weg von Crikvenica, ein Auto ( besser nicht zu gross) ist für das Erreichen des Hauses erforderlich. Die Strasse zum Haus ist steil und eher schmal. Das Haus selber ist ein Traum, es lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich, haben viel Tipps und helfen immer kurzfristig weiter.
Das Haus ist umgeben von Natur und einem schönen Garten. Somit hat es auch recht viele Mücken (Spray mitnehmen).

Absolut top!
A wonderful experience Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Bell Aria in Grizane. The location is great and peaceful, surrounded with a beautiful nature, the hosts are very friendly and the villa is equipped with everythig we needed for relaxing and carefree stay. The beds are very comfortable, jacuzzi area with a bar is very cool and even the internet connection is great - satelite Starlink internet connection. With no doubt, we recommend the villa to everyone!
