  just a great experience good customer service beautiful villa fantastic sized pool great hotel sta

  we were advised to send passports over before arrival when we checked in it was very smooth and it was after midnight when we arrived this was a good tip the staff were very helpful the villa was brilliant very spacious well equipped the pool was a great size there was a large bowl of fruit on the table and wine we were invited to the hotel for dinner where we had a lovely buffet for 9 of us there was activities in the hotel we could use when our transfer got confused about our pick up the hotel called us and redirected the taxi to the villa that customer service at its best

  i just cant find anything that could enhance our experience everything was way beyond expectations

  Awful - we left it cleaner than we found it

  Property is large and well Located.

  We had huge issues with mold And damp in the property which were not dealt with . Some of our party left early because of allergies - we have complained but the owner is not even responding to booking.com (apparently) My elderly mums chest started to go on day two I found her sleeping on the sun lounger outside because she couldn’t breath - The next day we pulled the headboard off the wall from her bedroom and it was covered in mold. The most likely explanation is that the property was flooded back in 2025 and it hasn’t been properly dried and cleaned. It’s such a shame because it could be beautiful. The fact that the owner is not even responding to my complaint is shameful. I didn’t write a review straight away because I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. There is also a long list of other issues including hob and cooker didn’t work at all, electrical issues , pool was damaged and kids cut their feet , cleanliness, dishwasher didn’t work - it goes on and on .
