Cozy authentic house
Small house in traditional Greek style that had everything we needed for our stay. There is a garden with olive trees and nice terrace to enjoy the evenings. House is on side of Pefkos so the loud music from the city is not heard but if you want to get to the city, it’s just 10 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to Kavos beach which was not crowded and felt more private than other main beaches in the area. The owner was extremely helpful and kind, answered all our questions and was always responding on WhatsApp when we needed anything. you can park your car right in front of the main door of the house. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, kettle and toaster and you have anything there for cooking.

I'm so glad we booked Villa Bellina, and would really like to go back and stay here. Much of that is because of the
Villa Bellina is a truly nice place to stay for some relaxing days very close to the beach, a small but very good supermarket and fine restaurants. We also enjoyed just to stay at the villa and have a good time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Pefkos. It is absolutely perfect for two people! The biggest highlight was the beautiful veranda with an amazing view of the bay – the ideal spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation.The house was perfectly prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and even spices, which made cooking so easy. On our arrival day, a lovely surprise was waiting for us: fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge – so refreshing after our journey!The owner is an incredibly helpful and warm person. Thanks to her recommendations, we found a fantastic local tavern near the house and visited amazing places on Rhodes that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back! Kamila & Andrzej

Traditionelles Haus mit wundervollen Gastgebern
Die Vermieterin Mary und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und haben uns den Aufenthalt mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten und Geschenken verschönert. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus zwar klein aber in Ordnung. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und authentisch , auch der kleine Garten ist sehr schön mit verschiedenen Kräutern welche man ernten darf. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar. Sehr gut war auch die Taverne gegenüber.
Durch die zentrale Lage an der Straße war es nicht so ruhig.

Die Verwalterin Mary. Sie ist sehr nett, hilfreich und geht schnell auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein.
Die Längsseite der Villa Bellina liegt an einer kleinen Straße, die direkt zu einer Großbaustelle führt. Schwere Lastwagen sind dort früh am Tag, bis spät abends unterwegs. Deshalb ist es extrem laut.
