Emplacements idéal pour le coucher de soleil et l'éclipse et hôte trs agréable +++
La climatisation qui était dans le couloir et du coup je ne ressentais pas la fraîcheur dans la chambre même si je laissais la porte ouverte.

Swimmingpoolen og altanen. God udsigt.
Vi kunne ikke kommunikere, da værten kun talte spansk. Vi kom tidligt og kunne ikke stille en kuffert, men først komme til villaen kl. 16;00. Vi fik ingen ordentlig gennemgang af boligen. F. eks. viste det sig at air-condition i gangen ikke kunne tændes. Vi forstod ikke hvordan køleskab og fryser fungerede med tal som blev vist digitalt. Vi kunne under opholdet ikke få kontakt til værten. Køkken og emhætte var meget nedslidt. Køkkendøre og emhætte var itu. Hvis du ville lave mad hjemme var service mangelfuld. Badekarret var meget beskidt under gummimåtte. På trods af at vi forsøgte at sende beskeder til værten på nummeret i booking.com svarede værten ikke tilbage. Værten kom ikke ved afrejse fra villaen, så vores kontakte depositum kunne afregnes kontant med fradrag af el-forbrug. Vi måtte efter hjemkomsten kontakte booking.com hjemme, som tilskrev værten for at foretage afregning. Vi har efterfølgende modtaget en afregning, dog uden dokumentation. Vi har erfaret, at det ikke er en måde vi fremadrettet vil leje på, hvor det er svært at kommunikere forståeligt. Vi behersker engelsk eller tysk, men ikke spansk.

Location was spot on, nice and quiet to relax and only 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest amenities
No Aircon in the bedrooms , only in the hallway

Too many big issues , not much extra things to make stay comfortable . Electric bill was redicolous
Like the terrace area , quite nice villa .
Had a few issues here . Looks nice villa but didn’t have running water a few days for a couple of hours had to Contact owner then told there was a reserve tank. The electricity bill was 160 euros for a week when we didn’t have the AC on at all. They also said they would meet us at midnight when we arrived and there was no one there. Things like only one loo roll , tiny amount of washing liquid , no cleaning products , chipped old mugs . Overall too many issues and felt the electricity bill was rediculous . Strange only one review on booking . Com ?
