  Klimaanlage im Untergeschoss lief aus und Schimmel in diesem Zimmer. Pool nicht sauber und verlor Wasser, nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden

  Der Ausblick war grandios. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und mit einen großen Tor gesichert. Videoüberwachung gibt es auch. Es ist das letzte Haus am Ende der Straße, abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Genau richtig zum Entspannen. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage, da die Außentemperaturen sehr hoch waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut.

  Einige Gegenstände im Haus und am Haus waren leider kaputt, so dass wir nicht alles nutzen konnten, z.B. der Sonnenschirm am Außenpool, 2 Stühle auf der Terrasse.. In der Küche herrscht in den Schränken Unordnung, einige Töpfe funktionieren nicht auf dem Induktionsfeld und der Herd erlaubt nur 2 Platten gleichzeitig zur Benutzung. In der Küche hatten wir mit Ameisen kämpfen. Im Bad war einiges sehr abgenutzt und verrostet. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man schnell beheben kann. Das größte Problem war für uns leider, dass es nur 1 Hausschlüssel gab und wir 2 Familien waren.

  This property promised so much and sadly delivered so little

  Spectacular views. Large roomy villa.

  This could be a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately we had a number of issues, chiefly with the air conditioning and hot water. The response of the owners was to blame us for all the issues which included a leaking unit over a set of stairs which was happening on our arrival. Whilst the villa was generally clean the dishwasher and filter coffee machine (mould in the filter) both needed cleaning. The fridge didn’t work correctly. We also had young children with us so the rickety stairs outside the property were an issue. The above ground pool had an unguarded 5 foot drop off the side where you entered the pool via unsecured , loose steps. The garden umbrella was broken and dangerous and there was glass on the lawn. Be aware you really need a car as there are no facilities near the villa. We had an alarm that sounded in the kitchen for several hours which we waited all day for someone to come and fix. We weren’t informed by the owner that no one was available and only when we again contacted the managing agent were we told we could switch it off at the fuse box which was hit and miss to find the right one which didnt also disable what air conditioning was working. The managing agent and the owner had clearly had a dispute which resulted in neither acting properly on the customer’s behalf to resolve issues.

  Villa outside Pisa

  It's a lovely well-equipped house with good views towards the sea. The pool on the patio was a boon for us with two babies in our party. There was plenty of space with four bedrooms and bathrooms.

  Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly. It clearly had been a problem before our arrival as they were working on it when we arrived. Despite their attempts to fix it the first three days we were there, they never managed to do so, resulting in us being really uncomfortable in the heat wave. The owner appeared to be very helpful initially and even very kindly took me to the shops when my husband went to fetch the rest of our party from the airport, but we felt more could have been done (eg providing us with fans) to make the situation more comfortable. I had seen bad reviews before our stay there and they addressed the items raised in them which I was grateful for, but we booked an air-conditioned villa knowing full well how hot it can be at this time of the year, and that we certainly did not get!
