    Disappointing for an expensive villa

    Easy to collect keys, however the host was not available to meet when agreed which made familiarisation with the property delayed and less than ideal. The location was excellent. The villa itself was nice but some maintenance issues fell far short of expectations

    The check in process was less than ideal, the host was not present to familiarise us with the property as expected (they were held up dealing with other check-ins .The property had not been fully cleaned/readied for our arrival which was still ongoing after our arrival and was not ideal. Groceries ordered in advance were also late in arriving. There were issues with the pool which was not clean and had hose equipment lying around. There were loose slabs around the pool Inadequate pool towels for our party which despite daily requests were never topped up. A broken sunlounger, subsequently removed but not replaced. BBQ didnt work and despite calling on Noxx team to repair it didnt get sorted properly for the night we had arranged a private chef to attend and use it. Lots of maintenance issues were therefore being reported and dealt with to various degrees during our stay which was far from ideal. All of this was communicated to the hosts on an ongoing basis but seldom completely resolved and not the way we want to spend our holiday

    Pleasant

    Its distance to the beach was great.

    A couple of non functioning things like the main bedroom Aircon. We couldn’t rest as people were in and out of the house to attend to things that should have been checked before our arrival. The pool was not being serviced. The water in the hot tub had not been newly refilled. The construction next door was so disruptive and it was said that it ends at 5pm but that was not the case. Although this was not everyday. This made our stay a little bit frustrating.
