  Absolutely brilliant and so memorable. Thank you.

  The property was absolutely amazing. What a situation and view and what a lovely house, with everything you need and more, and so beautifully decorated. The sauna was an additional bonus and the property’s location is super close to everything.

  Fantastic property, fantastic location , poorly managed

  Location and views

  The location and property was exceptional - however there were a number of issues which we feel needed improvement. We arrived at the property at 10.30pm. The property had obviously been hastily prepared. The breakfast bar still had crumbs on it, the floor hadn't been cleaned. The fridge had been emptied but the shelves were not cleaned. The dishwasher had baby bottles and other items still inside. The property is obviously someone's home - however, it still contained all the items of a family living there. We were a party of 6 - we booked a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property but the main bedroom ( the one pictured on the advertising material) had been locked and was not accessible, along with another of the bedrooms. So, only 3 bedrooms were available and there was now only one bedroom and two bathrooms on the upper floor and 1 bathroom and two bedrooms available on the lower floor. This required one of the bedrooms to climb 2 sets of stairs in the night to reach their bathroom. This would have been completely unnecessary had the 2 upper floor bedrooms been available for us to use as per the property description. There was only one small bath towel per person in the upper bedroom, no hand towel and crucially no bath mat, the bathroom floors were gloss tiled and lethal when wet. The lower floor rooms only had 1 small bath towel and a hand towel and there was no hand towel or soap in the downstairs toilet. The bathroom furniture contained nappies and used toothbrushes and there was endless amounts of part-used toiletries. Washing had been left in the washing machine ( which is where we found the tea towels!). Overall the property could easily warrant a 5 star rating , but it is let down badly by the property management. There were no instructions, no guest welcome information or information on how to lock the door , information on the recycling policy or which bins to use for what, despite asking us to empty and recycle all the bins on our departure.
