  One of the best hosting experiences we've had. What makes this place special isn't just the villa itself—it's the person behind it. From the moment we booked until the day we left, the host was always available, quick to respond, genuinely caring, and always making sure we had everything we needed. You can truly feel how much he cares about his guests and about every detail of their stay. The location is another big advantage. It's just outside the busy center of Sofia, close enough to reach everything easily, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Being at the foot of the mountains gives the whole stay a much more relaxing, holiday atmosphere than staying in the middle of the city. The villa is very suitable for families. The garden is spacious, the rooms are practical and comfortable, and throughout the house you'll notice many thoughtful little details that show how much care has gone into the place. The more time you spend there, the more you appreciate those small touches. We left feeling that we had been taken care of, not just accommodated. That's something you don't find everywhere. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming place with an exceptional host, a peaceful location, and a great base for exploring Sofia and the surrounding mountains, this is an easy recommendation. We'd be happy to come back.

  There were only a couple of small things that could make the stay even better. The small bedroom was so nice but could really benefit from window blinds, as it gets quite bright in the morning. During the warmer days, a fan in that room would also make it more comfortable. That said, that was a very minor detail and didn't take away from our experience at all. We'd be very happy to come back and stay here again.

  Great villa, very very clean, Excellent facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, Pool table) Well domisticated kitchen, Plenty of parking space in the street. Close Lidl (super market)

  Beds were a bit too soft for my taste.

  The villa is amazing, super clean and well maintained. I had a family reunion that I was waiting for many years and I'm very thankful to the hosts and the facility to make this absolutely wonderful. The Vila is located in a very reachable location. Taxi from the center is around 10 euro. Every possible delivery reaches it. There is a supermarket nearby The BBQ station is great.. we cooked for 2 days almost exclusively over charcoal. The kitchen is equipped with almost every possible gadget one might need. Great billiard table and jacuzzi. I highly recommend! Thank you again!
