  Tolle Lage, super sauber, top ausgestattet!

  Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber dieses Mal ist es mir die Mühe wert. Wir waren eine Woche da mit unserem Sohn 3,5 Jahre und es war einfach toll. Es war sehr sauber (auch der Pool) in jedem Schlafzimmer gab es eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage, die Küche war prima ausgestattet, mit allem, was man so braucht. Am 3. Tag war jemand da um unsere Bettwäsche und die Handtücher auszutauschen (kenne ich sonst nur von Hotels) und hat den Müll mitgenommen. Am 4. Tag war wieder jemand da und hat uns den Pool sauber gemacht. Wir waren währenddessen am Strand oder auf Ausflügen, also hat uns niemand gestört. Auf der riesengroßen Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag über Schatten, was sehr toll ist, gerade mit Kindern! Man fährt nur 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Einkaufsmarkt und auch nur 10-15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr schön. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

  Das wirklich einzige große Problem und daher auch 1 Punkt Abzug, sind die extrem vielen Moskitos. Da kann natürlich kein Gastgeber etwas dafür und Alcudia scheint auch dafür bekannt zu sein, aaaaber man sollte auf jeden Fall dringend Fliegennetze an den Fenstern nachrüsten, dann hat dort jeder einen perfekten Urlaub!

  Logement au top pour accueillir une famille. Propre et équipements de base présents.

  On a juste eu du mal à trouver la maison. Coordonnées gps à fournir pour que que ce soit plus simple à trouver. La grande porte d’entrée devrait pouvoir être verrouillée avant l’accès à la maison.

  A brilliant villa in a great location. Would recommend to others and would definitely return.

  The pool size and temperature was perfect. The villa was great, better than the photos, air con in all bedrooms was efficient enough to cool the whole villa. The kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for what we needed for a family of 5. The table tennis table was a great addition as was the washing machine! A cleaner arrived on day 4 to clean and replace towels, which was a nice surprise. The location was close to Pollenca old town, Porte de Pollenca and Alcudia (10mins). We went to lots of different beaches all within 20mins drive.

  The chemicals used in the pool made the childrens’ hair turn green (they are very blonde). We over came this by rinsing by more frequently and applied a hair protector before they swam and it seems to help. The tiny ants were quite bad in the kitchen but was easier to keep on top of them with regular cleaning of counter tops and storing all food in the fridge (including bread and cereals).

  everything is great, except for the loud birds

  big house, cool and clean pool. Pleasant location and view. For such a price, a very good house

  the guest host did not warn about loud peacocks behind the fence. no spices or cooking oil, no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms. The bathroom sometimes has an unpleasant smell.
