An exceptional second stay, made even better by the wonderful owner
This was my second stay at Villa Caiano in Londa, and once again, everything was exceptional. The owner and his wife are lovely, welcoming people, and their warmth and hospitality made the stay even more special. Returning was a real pleasure, and I would happily recommend Villa Caiano to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

A magical stay in the Tuscan hills
We had a fabulous time at Villa Caino. Staying in the smaller villa which was super comfortable, lots of different places to relax and eat with different levels. The sunset views are absolutely stunning and magical There is a little village 5 mins with all the basics and a little bakery and bar. I would recommend Osteria Baglioni, we had one of the best Florentine steaks I've ever eaten. The roads leading up are not too narrow or too windy, and easy access to Florence and the motorways We had a young toddler with us and the downstairs kitchen lounge and outdoor space is very spacious and safe to play Leonardo and his wife were wonderful, very welcoming and helpful, they live in the big house so never far. I would thoroughly recommend booking here
Just a caution the inside stairs are a bit narrow and steep so more tricky for the elderly or young children. But there is a bedroom, bathroom dow downstairs and there is a door with a lock for the stairs to keep young children running up

A Beautiful Villa, Outstanding Views and Wonderful Hosts
We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic, with incredible views that made the stay feel truly special. Leonardo and his wife were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They even went out of their way to help us secure a last-minute restaurant booking, which was hugely appreciated. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. The swimming pool is particularly impressive — very large, clean and clearly well looked after. You even get an outdoor shower with hot water- that's rare! Overall, a fantastic place to stay, made even better by such warm and attentive hosts. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

angenehmer Aufenthalt
Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht, viel Privatsphäre, viel Platz in der Villa sowie freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter.
Mangelhafte bzw. teilweise nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage, verschiedene Mängel (Abfluss in unterer Dusche verstopft, Duschstange defekt, Silikonfugen schimmelig, Räder Korb Geschirrspüler sowie Glühbirnen defekt). Bei diesem beträchtlichen Preis hätten wir das nicht erwartet.
