  Amazing holiday in an amazing villa, would highly recommend

  Property was beautiful, kept in really good shape and really clean. Close enough to the Old town. It was a 30 minute walk to the old town or a 5 min Uber. New town is a 10 min Uber and the Ubers are very cheap, most of the time ranging between €4-€8. Pool was very nice and spacious as was seating around the pool. There was AC in every room. Carlos was very welcoming and accommodating and even gave us 3 bottles of wine. He was responsive to any questions we had and he and his cleaning staff were able to accommodate us when we asked to check out an hour later due to our airport transfer.

  A fantastic villa to spend time in for your holiday in Portugal.

  We used the shuttle service that the owner Carlos offers, very efficient and at a good price. Carlos and his colleagues are very friendly. On first impressions, the property was very clean and tidy, and the pool was large enough for a big group. The beds were comfortable enough for a week stay, as well as the sofa. There is a good amount of sun loungers. There is air conditioning in all of the rooms, and it’s effective at cooling the room. The location is good, but in the summer heat, you will need to uber to most places. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the old town. The property is also secure, it’s gated. Our deposit was paid back into our account the same day that the property was inspected. Carlos was there to assist with any issues and was a fantastic host.

  The pool wasn’t very deep, although this might not be a problem if you have children. There was a small issue with ants in the kitchen, you had to be careful if leaving food out.

  All around it was the perfect villa for our stay and we couldn’t have asked for more!

  It was amazing facilities for our group holiday, the location was a very nice clean and tidy residential area the only downside to this was for younger groups for noise but we didn’t find it an issue. The facilities were amazing the pool was a great size with good depth and plenty of sun-loungers and sofas to accommodate all of us. The outdoor table and bbq was good for a chill night in and evening round the pool. There was plenty of indoor lounging space with sofas, table and an indoor bar. The bedrooms were great sizes two en suite and the two middle floor rooms shared a bathroom. The balconies were great sizes with plenty of seating and got the sun all times of day and great sunset photo opportunities in the evening. The gate was very secure and the key,lock outside was especially handy when some of us went out and we came home at different times. It around a 30 min walk to the old town and around 40/45 to new town however ubers/bolts were super cheap so we used those to save time. Getting to and from the towns for a night out couldn’t have been easier with them being around a 5 minute drive. The host was very helpful and accommodated all of our needs very quickly.
