    Fantastic villa

    The location and views were outstanding

    Sunbeds a bit uncomfortable. Need replacing. The matresses were very thin. Could be easily changed to make the experience round the pool more fabulous.

    Good house at a great location

    Close to the beach, few good options for nearby activities, restaurants and bars, even shops in proximity - especially really great Cocoa restaurant at the beach, the pool, the garden, the location overall and the privacy.

    For the price, the house is older and could use some investment, like showers, bathrooms, beds and some other equipment were old, or not working, some old doors, windows made strange sounds at nights, but nothing critical.
