  A lovely house in a great location, let down by the air conditioning problem and how it was handled.

  The location was excellent. The house is only a short walk from the town square, which has a great bakery and several good bars and restaurants. We particularly liked that the town feels more authentic and less tourist-dominated than some of the other towns on the island. In the evenings there were plenty of local people eating out, which created a friendly atmosphere. The people we met were welcoming, and I enjoyed a fascinating conversation with the property owner about the history of the town. The property itself is spacious and well suited to a family stay. The pool was a real highlight, as was the outdoor dining area. Having a garage for the car was also convenient. For cyclists, the location is excellent, with great road cycling routes nearby and a good bike hire shop in town.

  Unfortunately, a broken air conditioning unit in the main bedroom had a significant negative impact on our stay. During our visit the weather was unseasonably hot, with temperatures in the mid-30s°C most days. The unit produced a constant, heavy drip that landed on a radiator and toilet below, creating a loud noise throughout the night. The leaking water also soaked the bathroom area. As the bathroom is open to the master bedroom, the noise carried directly into the sleeping area, making it extremely difficult for my wife and me to sleep. We reported the problem on the first full day of our stay and followed up several times via WhatsApp. However, despite repeated chasing, no repair was arranged until five days later, on our final full day. By then, the issue had affected most of the holiday. The property is managed by Slow Villas rather than the owner, and our experience with the agency was disappointing. After returning home, we raised the matter again. Slow Villas acknowledged the issue and offered a discount on a future booking worth approximately 6.6% of the cost of this stay. We felt this did not adequately reflect the disruption caused and explained our concerns. Unfortunately, we received no further response and the matter appeared to be closed without any meaningful attempt to resolve it, which was particularly disappointing given the significant impact the issue had on our holiday.

  Sehr schönes Haus, in dem man merkt, dass es mit bedacht hochwertig eingerichtet wurde. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Es war alles vorhanden was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr sauber. Selbst der Hauswirtschaftsraum! Wir würden sofort wieder dort hin! Konnten kurz den Besitzer kennenlernen, der sich persönlich um den Pool gekümmert hat - Sehr nett. Zur Begrüßung standen sogar mehrere Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Küchentisch und im Kühlschrank. Da hier mehrere bzgl. Kfz etwas geschrieben haben - ja die Straßen sind eng, gerade durch die anderen geparkten Fahrzeug. Spiegel Spiegel und Spiegel Wand mit wenig Platz. Kommt auf der Insel öfter vor. Aber wenn man vernünftig Auto fahren kann, geht dies ohne Probleme. Selbst die Müllabfuhr fährt mit lkw recht zügig durch. Garage - man muss halt rückwärts einparken können, dann ist es kein Problem.

  Really beautiful property in a very authentic and tranquile town. Just what we needed. You can easily walk around the Village which was really enjoyable in the early morning and evenings. Very close to the town of Inca where there is plenty to do, we have been lucky and were able to visit the Medieval Fair. It´s always worth checking the events and fairs calendar. It has been a truly enjoyable stay. The host was attentive at all times.

  Great villa in the centre of village.

  Great location in the village. Good facilities. Plenty of space inside and out, comfy beds, good showers, enough storage, good cooking facilities.

  Bed linen wasn’t changed during our stay and pool wasn’t cleaned. Remote control opening for the garage would have been good. On the plus side my reversing skills have improved !
