Et sjarmerende hus, med god beliggenhet, men med en del mangler.
Et sjarmerende hus, med god plass, fin patio og takterrase samt veldig bra beliggenhet. Huset hadde mange gamle, nydelige møbler.
Det var fem bad, fint interør på et par av badene, men ekstremt dårlige dusjmuligheter. Sengene var veldig harde. Hele huset var preget av rot og det var ikke veldig rent. Tror dette kunne vært veldig fint, med bedre vedlikehold og renhold og ikke minst dusjer som fungerte som de skulle og bedre madrasser i sengene.

Disappointing at AUS $3,000 per week, place could be great, fix lift, get new sound proof front door and glass top, get
Not much. Close to main Messina Gate, good restaurants nearby, small supermarket in street behind. You do the best you can in the circumstances.
Needs a total make up, start at front door and glass, new furniture almost all chairs were broken or near to. Kitcken serviceable but old, fridge ok. Lift did not work. All mattresses need replacing and of a size to fit bed frames in some rooms, bathrooms and showers need replacing or water protection with screens, otherwise floors get really wet. TV did not work, no hot water, need contact owner to reset, happened twice more, only one key, until contact owner for a second after two days. Location right on main bus stop, noisy all day until late at night, cannot even stop car to unload suitcases with local cop going crazy yelling at us and blowing whistle, buses in front virtually stop every minute people everywhere cannot get out or in the front door at times. Clean our cupboards, some form of junk stuff everywhere
