    Carlo ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Colico gibt einen schönen Rundblick. Überdachte Stellplätze für unsere fünf Motorräder waren auch vorhanden. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

    Une situation géographique appréciable....

    Nous avons apprécié la propreté impeccable du logement, ainsi que sa terrasse agréable. Malgré la proximité de l'autoroute et des entreprises en contre bas (entreprise hélicoptère), l'hébergement reste plutôt calme. La literie de la chambre est de bonne qualité. Le logement est équipé, fonctionnel et adapté aux familles avec enfants grâce à quelques jeux extérieurs. Le parking couvert situé dans la propriété est également un plus. Enfin, le propriétaire est très accueillant et particulièrement agréable.

    Point à améliorer : l'absence de ventilateur ou de climatisation peut être pénalisante lors des fortes chaleurs.

    The villa was really nice,old style fashion with a fantastic a view from the balcony. Also the owner was really nice , friendly amd helpful. I could talk with him all day.
