  Lovely place to enjoy the beauty of Sardinia and all that it has to offer.

  The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Northern Sardinia and La Maddalena. The views are spectacular with both mountains and sea views to be enjoyed. Great Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Very peaceful neighbourhood, but close to Porto Pozzo's shops and restaurants. Owners were lovely and very responsive.

  The only issue we had was the very thin wall separating our apartment from the one behind so we could hear them and they us. Also the fact that they had to walk past our outdoor space to get to their apartment- I think separate entrances would work much better for everyone as it was a bit awkward at times.

  Shiny things are not always gold!

  When we saw the pictures of the Villa and reviews,we thought we had found the perfect place to spent our well deserved 2 weeks holidays. Once in the place,everything was as advertised,the place was very nice,clean and quiet…. We had wonderful dinner at a local restaurant.Back to the Villa we went to sleep,the neighborhood so quiet and pleasant at 4 o´clock in the morning a loud noise weaked us up I could not find out where it came from,at 5 it stopped. The second night again the noise at the same time,I called the owner the next morning he told me it was the pump of the water tank that fills the watering system of the garden,if you know the pump makes a loud noise you don´t set it up at 4 o´clock in the morning for 1 hour,ok I changed myself the program to 8 o´clok in the afternoon. Finally the 3rd night we had a normal night but it was the first and the last. In our fourth day we met the owner who by our surprise came in a van full of windows and several other building materials it was then when we discovered the villa was not independent as it was said.They were making noises all day long to close a kitchen in the back of the garden. The Villa has been divided into 2 Villas by a wooden wall previously to our arrival and the same night at 1.30 in the morning our neighbours arrived ;noises of doors opening,voices,luggages etc. The next morning we were looking for another place to stay,but it was very complicated to find some other place to stay the rest of our holidays in the beginning of August. From that moment we shared the Villa with our neighbours and the neighbours with us,we could hear whatever they said or did at any time.Isolation was horrible.So horrible that we spent our last day before departure in a Hotel even though our last day was paid in the Villa.

  Beautiful villa, superb facilities and great location

  The villa is superb and well furnished with a perfect location close to Porto Pozzo and a short drive to Santa Teresa Gallura. All mod cons and a plus for the great air-con inside the bedrooms. Owners are super reactive with excellent communication prior to arrival and during the stay.
