  Todo muy bien

  El jardin, el porche y la piscina lo mejor. Pero toda la casa esta bien y estuvimos muy a gusto.

  Por decir algo, a los baños les vendria bien una reforma. Las toallas de baño pequeñas y estaria bien disponer de toallas de playa.

  Far from a “Luxe” experience – the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had.

  The area was very quiet and felt safe. Some of the best beaches are only around a 10-minute drive away, and shops are within walking distance. The pool area and the outdoor space overall were nice and enjoyable.

  Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had through Booking.com. The property is advertised as a “Luxe” villa, but its actual condition was completely inconsistent with that description. There were numerous maintenance and quality issues throughout the property: badly deteriorated and cracked curtains, damaged and rusty outdoor furniture, broken/worn fixtures, extremely soft and uncomfortable mattresses where we could feel the bed frames underneath us, and pillows without proper pillowcases. The worst issue was the air conditioning. The noise was so loud and persistent that sleeping properly became almost impossible. According to our smartwatches, we averaged approximately three hours of sleep per night during the seven days. By the end of the holiday we were completely exhausted. We contacted the property regarding problems during our stay, but the situation was not properly resolved. We have extensive photographic and video evidence, and the photos we submitted show only a small proportion of the issues we encountered. I am a Genius Level 3 customer with more than 100 Booking.com reservations over many years, and I have never previously felt compelled to leave a review like this. I have honestly never been so happy for a holiday to end simply because I wanted to go home and sleep in my own bed. Calling this property “Luxe” in its present condition is, in my opinion, seriously misleading. 1/10. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

  Perfecta para familias

  Casa independiente con tu piscina y jardín. Ideal para no depender de horarios.

  Algunos muebles un poco deteriorados, pero sin mayor importancia. Falta alguna pieza de menaje (cucharas de café)
