    Good

Lots of space, large rooms, lovely location for family holiday, good wi if connection, plenty parking space, great terrace for dining/ BBQ. Close to public transport. Shops and restaurants close by.

Boiler issue meant lack of hot water and heating for the 1st 2 weeks. Relying on the solar it took a bit to notice but reported yet still took 5 days to be dealt with. Unsafe banister, broken tap and missing/faulty bulbs reported, told they would be sorted but not addressed in the 4 weeks we stayed. Attention to detail in cleaning - dirty/used scourer and chipped/cracked crockery and glasses in kitchen, mouldy showers and very dirty shower wastes, externally - weeds around pool and on balconies, dirty pool. Not enough seating in lounge for capacity - 2x 3 seaters + 1 chair
