    The villa is wonderful, but the check in procedure was not great.

    Everything you needed, the kitchen was extremely well equipped

    The driveway was very steep, a bit tricky to get the car out, would have liked a few more pillows.

    Toller Urlaub in guter Unterkunft

    Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft als gut bis sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Klitzekleine Dinge könnten besser sein oder verbessert werden, dennoch würden wir als Gruppe 8,5 Punkte von 10,0 Punkten vergeben.

    Eine persönlichere Betreuung wäre wünschenswert,…die Betreuung lief nahezu ausschließlich über eine KI-gestützte Kommunikation. Wenige, kleine Feinheiten waren nicht optimal,…bspw. konnte der Safe im Haus nicht genutzt werden, da die werkseitigen Einstellungen durch vermutlich eine individuelle Bedienung eines vorherigen Gastes überschrieben worden sind. Einige Außenjalousien waren kaputt, dadurch war kein Einbruchschutz gewährleistet.

    The location was great!!! Lake view is amazing!

    We spent almost a day without electricity and no one knew how to fix the problem. It was quite disappointing as it was August and the temperature outside was +34

    Lake Garda is a beautiful place. The weather was fabulous. Friendly. Great spot to explore further

    The view. The size of the rooms. En-suite bathrooms. Facilities. Well stocked kitchen equipment. Private garden. Indoor table tennis and table football. Nicely kept gardens.

    Room for improvement on cleanliness. The master suite had a fusty odour. The garden bedroom had mould on the bedroom wall. Having to take away rubbish to a recycling centre before leaving the property that took a time away from the holiday when the holiday wasn’t cheap.
