Location - very close to the beach and amenities

The villa desperately needs TLC. Everything was stained which made it very uncomfortable to sit/sleep on i.e. mattresses, indoor & outdoor furniture, mould in the bathroom, the kettle was rusted. Also, there is construction work right next door starting at 7am every morning. This villa is not looked after at all and therefore it is not worth the money.
