    Good communications at all time from point of booking to actually checking in. Very friendly staff and the villa was just exceptional

    It’s a nice setup but lacking in small touch. No shower gel and shampoo no tissue boxes and coffee and tea. That would definitely push it one notch up

    pool was good air conditioning was good

    Front door security — The front door lock was extremely poor; it could be pushed open with minimal effort, which posed a serious safety risk. Safety concerns — A security guard was positioned outside the villa, which made the girls staying with us feel unsafe and created the impression that the area was not secure. Rodent activity — Mice were running inside the villa, which is entirely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. Missing towels — Our shower towels and pool towels were removed and not replaced. We were left without shower towels for three days until I specifically requested them again. Uncomfortable bedding — The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I requested extra sheets daily, yet the last three days the additional sheets were taken away and never replaced. Bed bug infestation — The beds had bed bugs, and several people in our group developed severe rashes across their bodies as a result. This is a major health and hygiene concern.
