    We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The property is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and seamless from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of the pool maintenance throughout our entire stay. The location is ideal—situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of villas, yet very close to the sea. Highly recommended!

    Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Charlotte and were made to feel welcome.

    We liked the quiet nature of where the villa was situated. The owner was very helpful and lived conveniently close to the villa. The neighbours were also very friendly. The villa was on a very good bus route into Pernera and Protaras.

    We felt that some of the kitchen facilities could have been improved a little, with some more mugs and a few more tea cloths. When the villa was cleaned mid-stay we received clean towels but no more tea cloths for the kitchen.
