    Für niedrige Ansprüche ausreichend

    Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und abseits zwischen Orangenplantagen. Sehr gut für Erholung und Ruhe. Der eigene Pool war ein grosses Highlight für uns, und auch die Aussicht, zum einen Richtung Berge und von der oberen Terrasse sogar Richtung Meer. Sehr gute Kommunikation zum Vermieter/Verwalter mit schneller Hilfe.

    Leider überwiegt der Teil der uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: das Haus stimmt mit der Ausstattung wie beschrieben bzw. abgebildet , nicht mit der Realität über ein. Es scheint so das zum Teil andere Einrichtungsmerkmale abgebildet sind, von den anderen 5 Häusern... Alles ist sehr abgewohnt : Matratzen durchgelegen, Küche und Utensilien veraltet, und zum Teil dreckig. Keine Klimaanlage in der Lounge! Der Aussenbereich wirkte als wäre er noch von den vorherigen Gästen bewohnt: kaputte Tennisschläger und Wasserpistole. Im Vorgarten liegt eine kaputte Sonnenliege und alte Pooltreppe, alles drum herum auch vermüllt. Die Aussendusche nicht benutzbar, da zugewachsen von Bananenbäumen. Der Pool dreckig, sowie keinerlei Reinigung in den 7 Tagen wo wir dort waren. Desweiteren zeigte eine Aussenkamera direkt auf den Poolbereich, was ich als großen Eingriff in die Privatsphäre finde.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved the pool. We enjoyed the wonderful views and sunsets!

    The location was wonderful! Lovely view, peaceful and close to amenities. The pool was really good and a couple of helpful men came and thoroughly cleaned it. The staff were very helpful.

    We could have had more crockery in the kitchen. The towels need renewing. Unable to stream TV channel.
