Great location with the best coffee

Nice place, a very nice patio outside, where you can hang out, free parking across the street. The coffee is very good! 🤤 Even thought the bed in my room looked a bit outdated, it had super comfortable mattress. The breakfast was very tasty too. The staff was super nice, the owner even gave me a choice between two rooms that have direct access to the patio - easier for dog owners - this was amazing - super appreciated 👌Location is amazing, Natura Viva Zoo is 15mins with a car, Movieland and Gardaland are both walking distance (15 and 25 mins respectively).

I missed some baked eggs for breakfast (only cooked). The noise from other rooms and from the road are quite loud, you can literally hear other peoples conversation. The mini fridge was also very loud, at some point in the night I just unplugged it so I could sleep. The cup in my room was dirty so I couldn't use it.
