  Excellent love to go back

  Location and facilities were excellent. Alex was great clear helpful information.

  Would have been nice to realise on a hill, as complementing taking elderly parent and would not be suitable. But decided against. Extra loungers at pool as 5 adults 3 chairs. These are observations as stay excellent.

  Parfait

  Maison exceptionnelle dans le centre ville charmant du petit port de Sutivan. Au niveau intérieur : maison très bien équipée et propre Au niveau extérieur : une piscine très grande avec de nombreux accessoires (bouées, matelas gonflables, transat, douche extérieure), jardin magnifique avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers, plusieurs espaces pour s'installer en fonction de l'orientation du soleil : terrasse avec vue mer, cuisine extérieure, terrasse de la piscine, et même un garage avec 2 vélos adultes (+siège bébé) et un vélo enfant Au niveau de la localisation : à proximité immédiate à pied du port et des restaurants et commerces, et des plages. Nous avons quand même loué une voiture pour rayonner sur l'ile qui est grande. Alex notre hôte a été très réactif pour les réservations de taxi notamment et avait plein de bons conseils à nous donner.

  Pas de points négatifs, juste 2 remarques : - la 3ème chambre est complètement indépendante du reste de la maison donc pas vraiment utilisable avec des petits enfants (ce qui était notre cas) - la piscine n'est pas sécurisée pour les enfants ne sachant pas nager (alarme ou volet) mais comme elle n'est pas à proximité immédiate de la maison et est bien en contrebas cela n'a posé aucun problème

  An excellent villa in an perfect location run by a brilliant host

  We've been to Sutivan several times and this villa is a real find. It is very close to the harbour which is the centre of life in Sutivan, and yet somehow it has a big pool that isn't really overlooked. We are a family of four and were all in the pool at times with the kids each in a rubber ring trying to run us over and still there was plenty of space. The views from the upper terrace out over the harbour and the sea to Split are amazing and became my favourite place to hide with a beer and book for an hour at 6pm while the kids were still in the pool. Alex is a super host. He always responded quickly but what we were most impressed with was the simple everyday bits and pieces that that had been provided so that really all you needed to do was buy breakfast at the bakery (which is the place to go by the way and just 2 mins down the street from the villa). I have never understood why some expensive villas only provide 3 dishwasher tablets and only enough loo roll for the first 48 hours, so it was so nice to discover Alex had provided everything we could possibly need for the week (actually, probably a month!). Next time we go back to Sutivan we will be staying here again.

  Nothing really, I wish we could have stayed longer.
