Awesome spot highly recommend!
It’s a fantastic location easily walkable to town and to both local Cala beaches. The pool was a fantastic amenity with 4 little kids, having the shallow shelf on one end was awesome. Having direct access down to the sea was perhaps my favorite part, so awesome! All the ACs worked well too!
Overall the house is cool and very spacious and it was awesome to have the separate casitas for our family to spread out. It’s definitely an older style of house which we generally found charming but there are a few oddities and small upgrades that could be done. Nothing major.

Communication with the property letting company was poor and often replies were via AI. Construction was taking place from 7am to pm daily which we weren't made aware of.

The generosity and the beauty of the place will leave you speechless and make your holiday unforgettable.
The villa and its outbuildings are in very good and clean condition. The terraces, the park and the swimming pool area are fantastic. The villas’s own access to the sea is brilliant for a swim away from the very busy beach and for a snack or aperitif. The jetty is public but was always free during our holiday. This offers great privacy and is in the sun until late in the evening. It is also sheltered from the wind.
There was only one minor complaint, the meat and bread knives were very blunt. All the rest of the utensils in the very well equipped kitchen were in good condition.

Beautiful house in a fabulous location great for large families or groups of friends
The property was fabulous, clean, spacious, excellent facilities and perfect for our extended family. Ample furniture and kitchen equipment for us to use. The access the sea was superb
It didn’t spoil our stay but it would have been helpful to have a manual on how to use some of the facilities on the house, as we had to ask the owner and their was a language barrier. Also some of the AC units didn’t work.
