We had a wonderful week at the villa. It had a good authentic feel about it and a nice view. The location was very quiet and calm. The host Enrique was helpful and replied fast if you had any questions. Also Rosa that showed you around upon arriving was nice. You can walk to the beach and there is also a small shop and a good café called Matilda, but it is quite a steep hill. It might be good to have a car if living here but Uber and Bolt taxis works very well. The Torremuelle train station is on walkable distance from the villa. Overall a nice place for a Holiday:)
