    Pessima esperienza

    Ottimo potenziale ma non tenuta

    Non mi é piaciuto arrivare e trovare un appartamento senza acqua corrente e la cosa peggiore é stata che il proprietario non si é attivato per risolvere il problema anzi é stato molto scortese al telefono , dicendomi che lui era a pranzo di mandarli solo messaggi perché lo disturbavo, penso non ci sia altro da aggiungere

    A very negative experience. Stay away.

    The only positive thing about the property was the location. It's a short drive away from the best beaches in Tropea.

    We were seduced by the nice pictures in the listing. When we arrived at the property, we realized we had been fooled. The property has the potential to be something truly nice, but that potential is wasted by downright neglect. A lot of things are broken or just missing entirely. The kitchen only had 2 horrible pots in it, and a lot of other basic utensils were nowhere to be found. We had no wi-fi during our entire stay there. On every morning of our stay (and one evening) we had no running water in the apartment. The pictures of the swimming pool are nice, but in reality it looks like it's been neglected like the rest of the property. The water was so murky that we didn't dare to swim in it. And the "cherry on top" of a very bad experience was the owner. He just literally ignored every single message we sent him. He's obviously just there to collect your money, and doesn't care at all about maintaining his property or helping his guests have a good experience.
