Terrazzo Wow!!!
Bella posizione, terrazzo vista mare stupendo, appartamento grande.

Nice Contact, not complicated and very pragmatic. The location including seaview from rerrace is scenic.
Aged, needs renovation. Only two rooms have AC. In the kitchen and other rooms we had 30 degrees. Bathroom is aged and needs renovation as well. Parking slot is very, very tight for modern cars. Whole house is not in good shape and a little messy. You pay far too much for what you get.
