A new and spacious villa with good potential, but unfortunately too many maintenance and service issues to recommend it.
The villa is new, spacious and has a private swimming pool. We appreciated the large outdoor barbecue and dining area, private parking, large shared balcony and air conditioning in every room. The location is also convenient, with the beach and necessary infrastructure within about a 10-minute walk. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the standard check-in time.
Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our stay. The kitchen was not very clean and poorly equipped: there were no sharp kitchen knives, no microwave, and the dishwasher did not release the detergent, so we had to wash everything by hand. The shower drains on the first and second floors drained very slowly. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable despite having a signal. We also experienced several power outages. During one night, the electricity was off for more than four hours, which triggered the security alarm. The alarm continued sounding for approximately four hours, and unfortunately nobody came to turn it off and the owners did not respond during the night. Some food in the refrigerator also spoiled because of the power outage. The villa was not perfectly clean upon arrival, and there was sand in the swimming pool. There were also no spare rubbish bags, so we had to buy them ourselves. The two basement bedrooms have no windows, which is worth knowing when choosing the accommodation.

Küche war in keinem guten Zustand, Geschirrspülmaschine unbrauchbar . Zimmer im Keller , eines davon hatte nicht mal ein Fenster und der Sicherungskasten ist im Zimmer deponiert. Die Türfallen halten nicht

Villa is lovely for a quiet stay in Gouves
Beautiful villa with comfortable beds to sleep in and lovely outdoor area. Unfortunately pool was not useable because of previous guests but owners were lovely and found solutions.
Nothing to dislike apart from some washing up liquid and a cloth and tea towel should be standard in a villa. WiFi not working
