    Un cadre somptueux, mais des prestations inégales.

    Un cadre magnifique et des bâtiments superbes. Un personnel particulièrement sympathique, attentionné et doté d’un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. Une excellente expérience gastronomique au restaurant étoilé, ainsi qu’une cuisine de qualité au bistrot et de très bons produits proposés au petit déjeuner.

    Malgré ses nombreux atouts, l’établissement n’atteint pas encore le niveau de service attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et d’un Relais & Châteaux. Certaines prestations semblent manquer de rigueur, de coordination et de procédures clairement établies, laissant parfois trop de place à l’improvisation et à un manque de vérification. Un effectif visiblement insuffisant accentue ces difficultés. Les ambitions sont bien présentes, mais une organisation plus structurée permettrait d’offrir aux clients une expérience irréprochable et constante, à la hauteur de ce lieu d’exception.

    Onvergetelijk verblijf in oude Italiaanse villa

    Prachtig gerenoveerde villa met een zeer goed en betaalbaar sterrenrestaurant: Heel vriendelijke ontvangst in hotel en restaurant. We kregen een upgrade (prachtige suite ipv superior kamer) waar we heel blij mee waren. Inrichting hotel en tuin zijn echt uniek. Ook in restaurant zeer persoonlijke ontvangst en leuke babbel met de kok!

    Ontbijt: er was enkel een buffet voor de zoetigheden. Al het andere moest besteld worden. Het werd vers gemaakt maar dat duurde wel zeer lang.
