    Friendly host, but the villa is dated, damp, and much more basic than the photos suggest.

    The communication with Leonardo was excellent, and check-in was easy. The location is quiet and convenient for exploring Madeira.

    Unfortunately, the villa itself did not meet our expectations. It feels much older than the photos suggest, the interior is very basic, and there is a noticeable damp smell throughout the house. The furniture is worn, with two uncomfortable armchairs, and there were only two chairs on the balcony. The small double beds were also less comfortable than expected. Overall, we had a pleasant stay because we spent most of our time exploring the island, but if we had known the condition of the villa beforehand, we would have chosen different accommodation.

    Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la situation de la maison en bout de chemin, avec une belle vue mer depuis le balcon. Globalement, maison traditionnelle, "dans son jus", conforme à l'annonce. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a été réactif.

    Comme indiqué dans certains commentaires, présence d'humidité, en particulier dans l'une des chambres. Tarif trop élevé au vu des prestations (c'était le logement le plus cher de notre séjour et le moins agréable en terme de modernité et de confort)

    Tas, ka varējām izbaudīt nošķirtību no cilvēkiem, neviens netraucēja, bijām tikai mēs un svaigais kalnu gaiss. Bija iespēja pašiem gatavot, bet ja nevēlējāmies, netālu varēja apmeklēt vietējo kafeinīcu un krogu. Ļoti atsaucīgs un laipns saimnieks!

    1.Liels mīnuss tas , ka nebija veļas mazgājamās mašīnas, mēs palikām uz samērā ilgu laiku, nācās papildus tērēt laiku un līdzekļus veļas mazgāšanai. 2.Pieejamas ir 2 guļamistabas, abās ir divguļamās gultas, mūsu tīņiem nācās dalīt gultu un vienu segu 10 naktis, par ko viņi nebija laimīgi, maigi sakot. Meklējot naktsmītni, iesaku izvēlēties uzmanīgi, šajā gadījumā pats nepamanīju šīs divas lietas. Pārējais viss bija labi.
