    We wasted so much of our time there dealing with the staff that it completely took away from the enjoyment of our stay!

    The view was spectacular. The Villa was beautiful.

    We found it quite lacking compared to most places we’ve stayed (and we have stayed in many) as far as basic spices like salt and pepper, etc. there was no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the bathrooms. There was no information as to places to visit, restaurants around, grocery stores, or any other information whatsoever. We had blown a fuse and had no idea where to look for the fuse box and we’re unable to reach anyone in the office. There were no instructions for the TV or anything else. I would suggest that they provide plastic glasses for around the pool as well as it’s very dangerous to have glass only. We also had many, many problems with communications regarding the linens and towels. Even though I provided proof that I was told it was being taken care of, and upon many follow ups was told everything was looked after when we arrived we found that none of that had been done so the first night we had no towels or anything and had to sleep on the beds with no linens. We wasted the good part of a day going back-and-forth and finally the staff quit answering their phones and would not respond to us. After they finally agreed to have the linen company come out that was a total fiasco because they had no way for us to pay for the linens and when they finally did try and set up some kind of way for us to pay it failed every time. The staff in the property management were of no help when it came to this, and we were still dealing with the issue of payment two days after we had left. And on top of that we were told that we could just come in and pay for it by cash and they didn’t even know that we weren’t even there and that we had already checked out two days earlier. It was complete incompetence on the part of the staff in the property management office. For this reason, I would never recommend this property.
