I was a little worried with the most recent reviews, but I could understand where Roberto was coming from. He is passionate about his villa and wants to give you the best experience during your stay; he gave us some good advice about where to park for the opera and local events that were happening. There are also plenty of information leaflets to help you experience plenty around you. The villa was beautiful and peaceful. We listened to black kites in the morning and Skops owls in the evening. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and Verona is about 10 minutes drive away. I cooked a couple of nights, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. We would definitely stay again. It is a lovely villa in such a peaceful area.
