    The main reason we decided on this hotel was because it said that breakfast was included. We were told when we got there that they were no longer serving breakfast and that they’ve been working with Expedia to have that option removed but we were not offered a refund for the price of the breakfast. That was disappointing.

    Hotel.com.sucks

    Hotels.com screwed me and couldn't care less. I drove from Denver to Silverton which is not a short drive and as I was getting close to Silverton, the hotel called me to say they didn't have a room for me. The customer service from Hotels.com was atrocious and disrespectful. I'll never use Hotels.com again. They offered to put me up on a room in Telluride. Telluride might be close to Silverton but only if you want to drive on a sketchy 4wd road. Otherwise it's a 2 hour drive and nowhere near I needed to be. The customer service rep did not care about this inconvenience and acted like they were doing me a favor. It was a joke. I was on the phone with them over 2 hours constantly being put on hold. Could hardly even understand the lady. I was obviously upset which caused her to just keep laughing at me and arguing with me. She said " I'll refund your money or take the room in Telluride. Those are your only two options" They didn't offer anything else for my inconvenience. Terrible experience dealing Hotels.com and ruining my trip.
