  We stayed at Vila Dany in Komarno from August 28 to September 4 with our whole family — our two children with their wives, our little grandchild, and ourselves. It was a wonderful family holiday, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful and, honestly, even better than it looks in the Booking.com pictures. Everything is extremely well thought out and designed with guests’ comfort in mind. You can really feel that the owners have paid attention to every detail. The swimming pool is simply amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. The villa itself is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family vacation. The location is also fantastic — just a two-minute walk from the sea and the first beach. We had a car, which made it very easy to explore the area and travel along this beautiful coastline. We all enjoyed our stay enormously and would happily come back. Vila Dany is a truly special place for a relaxing family holiday, and we highly recommend it!

  Spettacolare

  La villa era fantastica, ha rispettato tutti gli standard che ci aspettavamo. La posizione è ottima per visitare tutta la parte sud della Croazia e anche la Bosnia. Vicino ci sono market e ristoranti e anche un ottimo posto dove andare a fare una degustazione di vini. Vicine anche un paio di spiagge con dei pub dove poter mangiare o bere qualcosa. La casa è perfetta per 6 persone, ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno, più un bagno di servizio a piano terra. La cucina era completa di tutto. Presente anche una lavatrice con tutti i detersivi. La piscina era spaziale, il motore si accende alle 9 del mattino circa e si spegne intorno alle 23.15 ma non c'è un divieto di utilizzo, visto che è privata. Presenti i lettini e anche tutta la biancheria di ricambio sia per la piscina sia per il bagno. Comodo parcheggio anche per più auto davanti alla casa. Zoran ci ha accolti all'arrivo ed è venuto a salutarci quando siamo andati via lasciandoci sia all'inizio sia alla fine un pensiero (vino e bibite quando siamo arrivati e vino e cioccolatini quando siamo andati via). La porta funziona con un codice, comodissimo per evitare di portarsi via sempre le chiavi (il codice cambia anche ad ogni visita). Sicuramente è un posto ottimo per famiglie e gruppi di amici che vogliono fare una vacanza rilassante ma anche per esplorare la zona.

  Forse aggiungerei un ombrellone per il patio in modo da poter avere più ombra durante il pomeriggio nelle giornate più calde. Piccolo problema con le formiche, ma abbiamo avvisato il proprietario in modo che possa risolverlo per i prossimi ospiti.

  Exceptional

  We really enjoyed the spaceous and beautiful house. Everything was clean and in good order. The host was very welcoming and also available for any queries. Komarna was a genuin and cozy village, and and with a rental car there were lots of beautiful spots within reach to visit and explore.
