Die Großzügigkeit der Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Sind zu viert verreist, deshalb war die Schlafsituation für uns perfekt. Außerdem ist man in 10 min am Strand und hat kurze Wege zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist ein extra großes Plus. Die Ruhe der ländlichen Umgebung empfanden wir als wohltuend. Das Grundstück ist groß und für die Nachbarhäuser uneinsehbar. Wir haben jeden zweiten Tag den Grill genutzt. Vom Vermieter haben wir eine Wegbeschreibung sowie den Code für den Schlüssel erhalten. Ansonsten ist es schwierig den Weg zur Villa zu finden. Wir durften nach Anfrage schon 13:30 Uhr in die Villa. Das Zeam hat fleißig geputzt, um uns das zu ermöglichen. Ein ganz großes DANKE.
Der Geschirrspüler müsste mal erneuert werden. Der obere Spülarm fiel direkt nach dem ersten Spülgang ab. Das gesamte Interieur und Mobiliar ist nicht mehr neu, aber gepflegt.

Une maison très agréable pour un séjour au calme en famille !
La propreté, la taille de la maison, la piscine et la possibilité d'aller déjeuner à Gerani à 15min à pieds
Les lits sont en 140... C'est un peu petit La cuisine manque un peu d'ustensiles même si on y a mangé que 2 fois. La cabine de douche du RdC est TRES petite et l'une des 2 baignoires de l'étage n'a pas de pare douche ce qui mouille toute la pièce. ...Et surtout le débit d'eau chaude est ridicule, si on veut avoir une douche chaude on n'a presque pas de débit d'eau.

Beautiful spacious villa with a great pool.
This is a wonderful house to explore the north part of Crete, near Gerani village and just 10 minutes' drive from Rethymno. It's a beautiful spacious villa with a pool that can host 8 people. The village is 5 minutes' drive from the house with cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. The house was very clean and well maintained with everything you need for your stay. It is very private and quiet. We had a wonderful time with our 3 children.
it would be great to have some basic cleaning and cooking supplies in the house to get you started.
