  Minden tiszta volt, nagyon csendes szoba, szép a kert és jó volt a medence napozó ágyakkal és kanapéval. A kert végéből látszik az Etna és Acitrezza Küklopsz sziklái is.

  A Wifi a mi szobánkban annyira gyenge volt, hogy teljesen használhatatlan, csak a medence mellett volt jó. A közelben nehéz gyalogosan közlekedni mert nincs járda. Nem lehet a tengerhez lemenni. Szúnyogháló kellene az ablakokra.

  A charming place with great potential, but there is definitely room for improvement.

  The pool and garden area is beautiful and very pleasant to spend time in. The whole property has a lovely style and atmosphere, with a lot of charm and character. You can really see the potential of the place.

  The property is quite old and could definitely benefit from better maintenance. It has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, this is not reflected in how it is currently presented or managed. One of the main issues we experienced was with the accommodation itself. We were a larger group consisting of couples and single guests, so privacy was important to us. We specifically booked three different apartments with separate rooms and shared spaces where we could spend time together. However, the rooms we received were different from what we had booked. In one case, the setup was particularly inconvenient: one bedroom could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom, which meant there was practically no privacy for the people staying there. The space also only had a fridge and did not provide the common area we expected based on the apartment we had booked. Communication was also difficult at times. For example, one person in our group accidentally locked the key inside the room in the middle of the day. When we contacted the property, the initial response was that someone could help us the following morning. This was obviously not a realistic solution, as the guest would have had no access to their room for the entire night. After we pointed this out, they did try to find a solution, although fortunately we managed to resolve the issue ourselves. Another disappointment was the lack of cleaning. Three of our rooms were not cleaned during our stay, and we only received fresh towels and additional toilet paper after specifically asking for them. Overall, the property has potential, especially with its setting and the amount of space available, but the experience would be significantly improved with better maintenance, clearer communication, more attention to the accommodation actually booked, and more consistent housekeeping.

  Perfekt.

  Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa delle Palme in Aci Trezza. Besonders der wunderschön angelegte Pool war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Der Vermieter wohnt selbst auf dem Grundstück, was wir als großen Vorteil empfunden haben: Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort und zuverlässig um alles. Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut und sehr wohlgefühlt.
