  Det fantastiska läget och trevliga värdparet Giovanni och Christina. De var måna om att vi skulle trivas och delade med sig av information om fina besöksmål i Toscana Vi åt en helt fantastisk middag på vår första kväll på Villa Desideria. Så gott! 😊👌

  Jag / vi var inte riktigt förberedda på vägen upp till boendet , då det var lite som att köra på skogsväg .. Väl framme och efter några dagar på Desideria vande vi oss vid uppfarten. Frukosten var god men lite mer på faten hade varit bra.

  Terrible host poor location

  Nothing i only stayed for the night

  Everything starting with the host Cristina with her terrible attitude and lack of hospitality, she was shouting and screaming, it my first time in Italy I know nothing about the place or transportation, the villa is really disconnected no coverage no transportation whatsoever no uber no taxi, arrived at 12:00 contacted the property number because I couldn’t find away up to the villa, she started shouting at me no check in until 4 I told her I need to leave my bags only but she hanged the phone and sent me the same message she sent in booking.com I had to drag my luggage up the hill rocky road because no transportation.. and finally she came after 2 hours she said we came back for you the shock was I was them racing down after my call I didn’t know them back then. When I cam back @ 10:30 no more buses and she is not answering and the taxi driver she give me his number he is bot answering too asked 2 ladies on the station about transportation they tried to help and they looked for the property number in the internet and they called her and she answered them. And then asked them to put me on the phone she started shouting at me again I didn’t understand anything I told her you can speak normally so I can understand she hanged the call and called them back telling them personal information about me my identity and my nationality the kept saying that loud and then told me we will take you there but you need to go to the bank first withdrawal money for us !! Sharing guest personal information to random people which was provided for booking purposes???! The women called so many people telling them about my identity and they need to take me to the villa for big money , a guy came his name is Mario he refused to let them take my money. I went to the villa slept the night dragged my luggage first thing in the morning away from that terrible host and terrified place my booking was 6 days

  Beautiful view from their area. Sweet hosts.

  No fridge. Expect a longer travel if you don't have fresh food to eat.

  ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE

  UNICO PUNTO A FAVORE È LA VISTA, MA NON BASTA. SPECIALMENTE QUANDO NON SI DICHIARA CHE PER ACCEDERE ALLA VILLA SI DEVE PERCORRERE UNA STRADA RURALE IN PESSIME CONDIZIONI A PROVA DI ENDURO RALLY. PER FORTUNA LA MIA AUTO È UN PICCOLO SUV, ALTRIMENTI SI SAREBBE SICURAMENTE DANNEGGIATA.

  CONCLUSO IL CHECK IN È COMINCIATO UN PROGRESSIVO DECLINO DEL SOGGIORNO IN VILLA DESIDERIO. PARTO DAL DESCRIVERE IL PESSIMO STATO DI PULIZIA DELLA CAMERA. ABBIAMO TROVATO IL BAGNO MOLTO SPORCO, CON PELI E CAPELLI NELLA VASCA DA BAGNO. DENTRO LE LENZUOLA ALTRI PELI E UN CIMICE MORTO. DI NOTTE ABBIAMO AVUTO MOLTO FREDDO E CI È STATO NEGATO L'UTILIZZO DEL CLIMATIZZATORE, QUANDO DA INDICAZIONE SUL SITO DI BOOKING.COM PER LA NOSTRA PRENOTAZIONE IL SERVIZIO DELLA POMPA DI CALORE ERA INCLUSO. LA SIG.RA CRISTINA PRETENDEVA IN CONTANTI 7 EURO A NOTTE AGGIUNTIVI SOLO PER L'ARIA CALDA. LA COLAZIONE INCLUSA AVEVA DELLE PORZIONI MISERE, MI SONO PERMESSO DI CHIEDERE GENTILMENTE UNA FRITTATA CON DUE UOVA E LA SIG.RA CRISTINA MI HA DETTO CHE SE AVESSI VOLUTO UNA FRITTATA LA DOVEVO PAGARE A PARTE. I CUSCINI DEL LETTO SONO DELLE SOTTILETTE, ABBIAMO CHIESTO GENTILMENTE SE SI POTESSE AVERE A TESTA UN CUSCINO IN PIÙ E ANCHE PER QUESTA RICHIESTA CRISTINA VOLEVA ALTRI SOLDI. IL DISAGIO NON FINISCE QUI: IN CAMERA MANCAVANO PRODOTTI CHE ANCHE NEI B&B PIÙ PRECARI SONO COMUNQUE PRESENTI, COME AD ESEMPIO SHAMPO E BALSAMO OPPURE DETERGENTI PER L'IGIENE INTIMA. CIÒ CHE PIÙ DI TUTTO NON HO TOLLERATO È STATA L'ARROGANZA, LA MALEDUCAZIONE E L'IMPAZIENZA DI CRISTINA PER OGNI NOSTRA RICHIESTA POSTA SEMPRE IN MODO EDUCATO E GENTILE. COME SE SI DOVESSE SCOMODARE E FARCI PERCEPIRE CHE ERAVAMO TROPPO ESIGENTI. INFINE, È STATO DOVEROSO CONTATTARE L'ASSISTENZA CLIENTI DI BOOKING.COM PER SEGNALARE LA STRUTTURA E TUTTI I DISAGI CHE ABBIAMO VISSUTO COME CLIENTI IN QUESTO AFFITTACAMERE. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI SCEGLIERE QUESTA STRUTTURA.
