  C’est une belle arnaque sur le descriptif !

  Pas grand chose puisque la villa n’est pas du tout située comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Et après avoir fait 10 km de plus la maison était inaccessible... Arnaque ou mensonge ?

  Le descriptif de l’annonce qui vous dit que vous serez placé à moins de 2 km de la place est faux. Vous serez au final à plus de 10 km. L'adresse indiquée sur Booking est fausse. De plus, une fois arrivés, nous nous sommes rendus compte que la maison était inaccessible car bloquée par des travaux. Les propriétaires sont de mauvaises fois car ils ont joué la surprise alors que les travaux sont là depuis plusieurs semaines. Le chemin d'accès est donc impraticable. Et pas de connexion Wifi puisque les travaux l'ont coupé. Nous avons donc dû trouver un logement en urgence ailleurs.

  Host needs to work on her communication skills. Housekeeper was 10/10 who made our stay as comfortable as possible.

  The housekeeper turiya was amazing, she was very attentive, polite and helpful. She kept the villa nice and clean and also made us a nice breakfast. 10/10 for her.

  The fact that the host/owner lives in another country and was very slow in responding to our concerns. Firstly the pathway leading up to the villa was under construction which though I was informed of this, it was impossible for my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair to pass on. All of the showers were either broken (all the overheads were not working so had to use the side hoses) or had temperature issues, the bedroom door handle was broken, one of the rooms were unusable as it had a sewage smell. Also, the villa was not cleaned and ready for us at 2pm, this is of no fault of the housekeeper because it’s unfair for her to clean the whole place by herself. We informed the host of all of the above issues, she claimed to have sent a technician out to resolve all of them, I waited all day and they didn’t arrive. It’s a shame because if those issues were not there, it was actually a really nice looking villa.
