Gorgeous Villa. Definitely recommend.
Very well presented and clean with everything you need. Great location. Close to everything. Great little cafe close by - Alley shack for amazing coffee

The villa was beautiful inside and out. The pool was great for relaxing, the rooms were a good size, and the location was great - only a 15 minute walk to the beach and lots of good cafes/restaurants and shops nearby. The villa is in an alley and not on a loud busy street (only bikes can access the villa though, so you have to walk a couple minutes to get to the villa). There's a water filter. Villa cleaning daily which was lovely, new towels every 2 days. There was ice in the freezer for when we arrived (improvement from a previous guest review).
Sometimes the downstairs shower took a while to heat up. TV volume wasn't very loud. We moved one of the single bed mattresses into the upstairs lounge so that we each got our own room, but it's the only room without aircon so it got a bit warm at night. Other than those minor things everything was great!

Villa idéale pour un séjour à Seminiak
L'emplacement : on peut tout faire à pied, restaurants, plages, shopping, la Villa est spacieuse et propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont organisé nos journées suivant notre planning. Tout a été très simple.

Had a great time here, the beds were comfy and the towels were clean and fresh, close to all the things but nice and qui
We liked that it was down an alleyway which made it very quiet at night but still super close to lots of great restaurants, plenty of shopping and the beach.
