    Horrible- the villa is misleading, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable.

    Nothing. The property may look appealing in photos, but in reality it is extremely misleading and does not reflect the true condition of the villa.

    Our experience was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. We left after less than two hours because the villa was not fit to stay in. The kitchen had no air conditioning and was unbearably hot, making it impossible to use. Cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard: stained bed sheets, mismatched and worn pillowcases, dirty poolside sofas, and plastic recycling bins left around the property in poor condition. There were clear signs of lack of maintenance, including humidity and damage on the walls, especially around electrical outlets, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. The overall condition of the villa felt neglected. There were cigarette butts scattered throughout the garden and among the plants, which is completely unacceptable. The swimming pool was not clean. The WiFi did not work at all, which was a critical issue. Even more concerning was the complete lack of responsiveness from the property manager, who failed to reply properly or in a timely manner despite multiple messages. To make matters worse, there is an active construction site directly in front of the villa, clearly visible from the pool, completely ruining the privacy and the supposed “views” advertised. This property is highly misleading, poorly maintained, and does not meet basic hospitality standards.
