  Disappointing experience with the handling of our deposit, although the accommodation itself was pleasant, with a lovely

  We had a good stay overall. The accommodation is a little outside the main town, so a car is useful, but the pool was lovely and the property itself was generally comfortable.

  There were a couple of things worth being aware of. The accommodation is located above the owners home, and during our stay they would occasionally enter the house /appear at the property, which we weren’t expecting and found a little unusual. The main issue was with the security deposit. During our stay, a chair broke while one of our group was sitting on it. We were subsequently charged €150 from our deposit for this. We felt this was excessive for the damage, particularly as we were not provided with an invoice, receipt or breakdown of the cost despite requesting this several times. Initially, we were told that the money would be returned, but when we followed up later, we were told that this was never going to happen. We have now been waiting several months for a clear explanation or documentation relating to the €150 charge and have not received a satisfactory response. Overall, we enjoyed the accommodation and the pool, but the handling of the deposit and lack of communication afterwards was disappointing and would make us hesitant to stay again.

  Attention caution demandé espèces et rendu 14 jours après la fin du séjour

  La villa est très bien, très propre, les propriétaires qui habitent au rez-de-chaussée de la villa sont très gentils et serviables.

  Attention l'agence qui gère la villa demande la caution en espèces ou virement et ne vous rembourse pas l'argent avant 14 jours. 700 euros (100 euros par adultes)en moins sur votre compte, Attention il faut prévoir ce désagrément, si j'avais lu ce détail je n'aurai pas réservé cette villa. Dommage c'est un irritant et je suis très déçue.

  A Gem of a villa

  Absolutely fabulous place to stay , little out of the way but perfect for us 😊 only 20 minutes walk or 3-4 euros to marina or old town 🚖 but bars / restaurants 5 minutes walk away on door step & George in margem restaurant a legend & also city bar or seasons for football / food also nice , great pool 🏊‍♂️ & facilities at villa & recommend to anyone as well worth the money

  very spacious good air con pool was great with pingpong table lots of toilets and kitchen facilities

  10 min drive from main albuferia but lovley coast line a ten min walk away
