    Super Hotel in wunderschöner Lage!

    Tolles Frühstück! Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal! Unglaublich schön eingerichtetes Hotel! Viele sehr schöne Details überall! Der Blick aus dem Restaurant ist fantastisch!

    Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert (die Wärmefunktion) und konnte innerhalb der 5 Tage nicht in Gang gebracht werden. Im Zimmer war es deutlich kälter als im restlichen Hotel. Ein zur Verfügung gestellter elektrischer Ofen hat aber gute Hilfe geleistet. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Wallboxen, die aber so platziert sind, dass effektiv nur zwei parallel genutzt werden können. Die Auskunft über Mailkontakt im Vorfeld, ob man ein Ladekabel in den Urlaub mitnehmen soll, wurde mit den Worten beantwortet, dass man sicherheitshalber ein Kabel mitnehmen soll. War komplett überflüssig! Kabel vorhanden. Die Mühe so eine Anfrage korrekt zu beantworten, sollten Mitarbeiter eines solchen 5* Hotels sich schon machen!!!

    מקום יפיפה , חדרים יפים ונוף משגע של האגם והאיים , בריכה חיצונית יפה אך קטנה.

    לא יצאו לעזור עם המזוודות , ואין בריכה מקורה (יש ג׳קוזי) .

    L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très sympathique et très souriant. La chambre était super jolie avec vue sur le parc. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, merci beaucoup. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable, vraiment fantastique, jus d'orange frais et tout ce qu'on peut désirer!

    Grosszügiger Aufenthalt

    Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Buchung anderer Dienste wie Boot war sehr gut.

    Zimmer hatte schlecht schliessende Türe. Bei Buchung war bei Empfang auch deutsche vermerkt. Konnte aber niemand deutsch. Uns wurde ein Zimmer angeboten, welches nicht den Bildern und wünsche entsprechend war.
