Location is perfect, close to the station ánd to everything Nara has to offer. Comfortable beds and beautiful features. Clean.
As mentioned in many reviews before: the check-in procedure is a joke. Had to wait for almost an hour in the rain to receive the entrance code, and only got it after several messages. Communication is very difficult and at times non-existent. When several people complain about the same issue, and you still do not find it worthed to adjust your procedure - maybe you should not work in hospitality.

Great location and a beautiful house
No confirmation email with access code which meant we were stood in the rain unable to access the house. There is no parking at the property as advertised.
