  Хозяйка дома: Очень приятная и милая хозяйка, которая идет на встречу, сразу помогает во всем. Вы, как клиент, спокойно можете положить на нее в случае: - ориентировка по местности (магазины, пляж, достопримечательности); - поиск машины для аренды или трансфера с аэропорта Тиват; - помощь, в случае дополнительных нужд во время проживания. Дом: Отличный дом с хорошей планировкой, 2 санузлами и отдельной кухней с терассой. В жоме было приятно находиться, а оборудыванием пользоваться. Единственные ощутимые минусы: минимальная звукоизоляция стен и открытая 1 спальняя на 2 этаже. Так же огорчило отсутствие микроволновой печи. Во всем остальном, дом просто чудесный! Локация: Чудесная живописная локация в бухте, не далеко от 2 прекрасных исторических городов. Пляж прям под рукой а наличие магазинчика на расстоянии 300 метров очень выручал. Ощутимый минус, отсутствует возможность выхода из Ораховац пешком НЕ по дороге, что достаточно дискомфортно. Тут вам точно понадобится машина, если не хотите сидеть только дома и на пляже.

  A wonderful stay with an exceptional host – we can’t wait to come back!

  We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The house is spacious, the outdoor kitchen is huge, and the terrace is fantastic, with both great barbecue facilities and a lovely outdoor dining area. We really enjoyed staying here. The garden is a great size and even has a beautiful orange tree. The sun loungers are very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and the air conditioning keeps the entire house pleasantly cool. There is also an enclosed terrace area with a view of the sea. The sea itself is just two houses away — you can literally be down at the waterfront in 15 seconds! What was even more wonderful than the property itself was the incredible helpfulness of our host. She went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything. There was nothing we could ask for that she wasn’t willing to help us with, and we are incredibly grateful to her. She was always available when we needed her, and unfortunately, circumstances meant that we ended up needing quite a lot of help during our stay. She supported us every step of the way and did everything she could for us. She truly made our stay an exceptionally wonderful experience. We would absolutely love to come back again!

  La posizione e la vicinanza al mare

  L'invadenza della proprietaria di casa che abita vicino la struttura e piu volte me la sono ritrovata dentro casa senza essere avvisata. Non ho avuto nessuna privacy e soprattutto durante il mio soggiorno sono stata inondata di continui messaggi da parte della proprietaria su tutto per chiudere le fnestre per il vento, per spegnere tutte le luci e per non lasciare troppo acceso il condizionatore, unico per l'intero appartamento. Esperienza negativa. Un incubo!!! Consiglio alla proprietaria di non affittare piu la casa se non riesce a capire che gli ospiti devono essere lasciati sereni di godere del posto e della vacanza
