Wonderful Villa with amazing pool and poolarea
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. A very well-equipped home. It had everything one could need. It was especially nice to find two bottles of wine and everything for a first breakfast in the refrigerator when we arrived late in the evening. We appreciated that very much. The pool and backyard were wonderful. We spent many pleasant and relaxing hours there. It was close to the sea and the lovely promenade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our holiday at Villa Elena and would happily return.
A few small suggestions for improvement would be: a table for the outdoor lounge furniture, cozy garden lighting, and plastic glasses to use outside by the pool and lounge area.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could rate this zero I would. I genuinely would stay away from this property and the company that run it
The property was very dirty, ants and cockroaches everywhere and in a very bad state of disrepair. The photos are completely misleading. After we started complaining to the property host about the problems they then turned around and asked us for a £1500 sercurity deposit which we thought was very odd. I refused to give the deposit as there was absolutely nothing stated about any deposits on the booking.com app and the property host told us if we did not pay then we had to leave by 2pm that day. I said that they can not just kick us out and they basically said yes they can. We left and only stayed 1 night out of our booked in 5 nights. We had to spend a extra 2 thousand pounds on booking a hotel around the corner. I phoned booking.com and they said they would sort a refund for us of the £2400 we had paid. When I called back the next day as I had not heated anything booking.com then told me that they can not get a refund as yhe host was refusing to give one. This absolutly ruined our family holiday and our two children were devastated. I further looked into the host company (finest rentals marbella) and ot looks like they have pulled this trick many times to different people . Please everyone BE AWARE and AVOID this property and host company
