Great house and people in a beautiful town!

Beautiful property in the nicest village in Umbria! We loved the location and the house. So nice to be able to sit outside around the table and also to have the swimming pool. The owners were so nice and helpful with everything too. Loved it.

Siamo stati benissimo. Posto bellissimo e curatissimo nei particolari situato all interno del paese con ottima privacy e discrezionalitá...piscina, vasca idromassaggio e sauna... top. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca relax e benessere.

Excellent stay in prime location in Spello

Property was really well located just a short walk to the centre of town. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the pool/spa both well used by us during our stay. Spello itself is a gem, full of decent restaurants, boutique shops and cafes.

Good sized bedrooms, villa was well kitted out, great location, small pool was a nice bonus. Wellness room wasn't used because of the hot weather but would be good in winter.

Kitchen, lounge and terrace were quite tight.
