Maison très très sale, jamais nettoyée correctement La personne en charge du ménage ne lave pas, elle passe juste un coup rapide et long à la fois car bien que ne lavant pas ou mal elle reste très longtemps dans la villa (plus de trois heures), se servant des WC de notre chambre (et non des Wc Communs), s enfermant dans la chambre et fouillant dans nos sacs à main, dans notre maquillage et soins et téléphonant haut et fort dans le salon en notre présence … Nous avons du demander a ce qu elle ne vienne pas les jours suivants afin de profiter de la maison et de la piscine tranquillement et éviter tout ce que nous craignions.., Cela n a pas interrogé le concierge qui ne nous a même pas demandé la raison… Nous avons mettre nos chaussures pour marcher dans la maison car traverser une pièce rendait nos pieds tous noirs …

A very comfortable, safe and enjoyable stay. 8 nights in the villa went really well with daily clean
Location was excellent and quiet for our family needs, very practical getting to the beach for the surfers in our family and than equally easy for walking to and from popular dining and shopping areas.
Just felt the villa was showing a few signs of wear and tear and felt some general cosmetic maintenance would of made the stay feel a bit more luxurious.

great location, lovely staff, great facilities
the property was in an easy to access location and was identical to the photos. the staff were absolutely lovely, especially the cleaner who spent her afternoon talking to us. the hosts were easy to get in contact with, let us leave our luggage early/late. the air conditioning worked well. overall a really pleasant stay!
there are two Villa’s named Elora so we had other guests turn up multiple times trying to get into the property.
