Wonderful
The house is lovely. There is air conditioning. The view is beautiful, and it is very quiet. The landlord is incredibly nice and very helpful. And there is a truly lovely person who takes great care of the pool. :)
It was really nice. (A bit out of the way. You definitely need a car).

Not what expected

The property looked very different from what we expected based on the listing photos. The pictures gave the impression of a bright, private holiday home with a fenced pool area. In reality, the house is located directly in a small village street, slightly elevated and highly visible from the surrounding area. The fence around the pool is very low, offering little privacy, and the pool itself is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The listing also suggested nearby shops and amenities. However, apart from a small kiosk next to the property, there were no convenient restaurants, supermarkets or services within walking distance. A car was necessary for almost everything. The house had a strong musty smell that did not disappear even after airing it out for quite some time. As two women travelling alone, we did not feel comfortable staying there due to the lack of privacy and the overall location. We decided to leave on the first day without using any of the facilities and booked accommodation elsewhere instead. What disappointed us most was the host’s response. We contacted him immediately to explain our concerns and hoped to find a reasonable solution, but our concerns were dismissed and our later messages went unanswered. This property may be suitable for guests who do not mind a very exposed location in a small village setting, but it was not as advertised and did not meet our expectations
